Description:
1. PET Plastic sheet production line has the compact equipments structure and good performance, its
screw and barrel are reasonably designed, has equably politicization, stable extrusion, high output, long
lifespan and other merits.
2. This production line has been designed and developed by ourselves and is used to produce plastic
sheet, according to different customers requirement.
3. The PET crystallization and drying system has absorbed the most advanced international technology,
has the advantages of low dew point, low energy consumption, this highly enhance the performance of the complete production line.
4. This production line can produce PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, or some other extrusion sheet, changing
extruder, die head and other parts.
5. PET sheet extrusion line is equiped 45 degree three-roller calander, with high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.
6. Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately

8. Precise temperature control(-1oC or +1oC) and special modules ensure precise thickness and flatness control.
9. The thickness of sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and oil pressure wheels.
10. Winder with big torque motor, and the speed and tension force is adjustable.
11. Select different plastic to produce the compound sheet with different colors according to different
products.
