Description:
1. PE Film Recycle Extrusion Machine may regenerate polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, PE, , PVC, PET, ABS, PS (polystyrene foam) and other plastics.
2. PE Film Recycle Extrusion Machine with High Effectively Exhausting filter.
3. The plastic recycling machine can be used both in dry and wet conditions and directly process washed material so as to save place, time and manpower and reduce production cost.
4. .Fully automatic production line of waste independently developed by our company which combines automatic crushing, cleaning, dewatering, conveying, feeding, wiredrawing and grain-cutting.
5. Good quality on final product, low humidity content and less impurities.
6. The whole line is fully robotization,high quality, low power cost, low noise.
7. This machine is mainly suitable for processing PP/PE/PC/PS material,it use single screw extruder,
much more econimical and useful.
Applications:
The scrap film recycle is always a difficulty in plastic recycling field. The film is not easy in washing and adapted de-watering, while
through constant research and practice, we have solved these
problems.
This kind of machine has adapted the character of film
adequately. After selection, wet crushing, friction washing and etc cedars, the dust, oil on the film can be completely cleaned. The recycled products are being widely used in granulation, injection and other fields.
