1. Principle:

 This system includes GD-150(upset foging machine) and GZL-45( parallel threading machine) and one set of oil pump.

 

First, we use GD-150 to forge the end of rebar.

Second, we use the GZL-45 to thread the end of rebar.

Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.

2) It can be used to link the rebar whose diameter is from 12mm to 40mm.
