Furnace Cooling System: Water Cooling
3. Structure:
Heat provided by hook. To build a melting pool while building the furnace with dimension as 650mm(diameter) * 800mm(Height). Capacity is ~2000KW
If you need to add the capacity, we can use two hooks.
4. Cooling System: Water Cooling
5. Components: We will provide Outlet wire of 10 meters while Inlet wire has to be prepared by customer. We will provider two pcs water passing cable (120Squre Meters) and connecting wire of 180 squre meters
6. Two Furnaces with 500KG each is recommended so as to use the furnaces alternately according to capacity and time change
