2) Features of PVC rigid pipe production line:
This series of extrusion lines are mainly used to produce PVC drainage pipes and U-PVC,C-PVC water supply pipes.
Advanced design for screws supplies powerful safeguard for the PVC plasticization.
Unique inside oil controlling temperature system adapts different technology formulas.
Elegant and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes; special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency ; special water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.
Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment.
Guarantee:
We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine arrived in customer’s factory (except destroyed by buyers’ wrong operation). We guarantee the material of screw &barrel (guarantee without normal abrasion). And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
After-sale service, technology and installation:
(1)the supplier provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
(2)the supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the round air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 50 USD for each engineer will be borne by the buyers. we will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
