wood plastic production line , wood plastic extruder , WPC decking panel wpc profile twin screw extruder could produce all kinds of WPC profile, for example, window, door and door frame, pallet, cladding of outdoor wall, bench of outside park, floor etc. Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite ( WPC) or Plastic UPVC.
The fomula is special designed by our company, high strength, light weight, could avoid heat expansion and cold shrink.
WPC profile process :
1) for PP , PE WPC profiles extrusion craft :
100% recycled PP , PE , etc + wood power ( from wood dust, rice husk, wheat straw,etc) + additives → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile moulds→ vacuum calibration platform →(haul-off) → cutter →stacker → finished product → surface finish processing, like embossing, sandng, brushing,etc
2) for PVC WPC profiles extrusion craft :
pvc powder + wood powder + additives → mixing → extrusion line ( conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile moulds→ vacuum calibration platform →haul-off → cutter → stacker → finished product) → surface finish processing ( like heat transfer , sanding , embossing,etc)

Technology and Service:
1. Seller supply full set of technical document, cutter and other full document (write in English).
2. Seller supply training for buyer’s staff until buyer can produce the eligible production independently.
3. Seller is responsible for installing, testing, adjusting and debugging the machines in buyer’s factory.
4. Buyer should pay the expense for our engineers including for our engineer including round-
way tickets, inland traffic, lodging and boarding fee when the machine is installed, tested and maintained.
