Additional Info.Description of Mirror Finish Roller
1) Our company can produce big size mirror roller. The mirror roller is indispensable component for sheet, plate, film equipment, widely used in sheet machine, calendaring machine, coating cloth machine and other equipment and make the pressure light processing on the surface of PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PT, PC ET etc.
2) The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.
3) After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.
4) With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.

Widely used in three-roll calender, sheet extrusion line, calendar machine, coating machine, leather machine and other requirement, can make the surface of plastic(PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PT, Pc...)., metal, leather, leatheriod, paper, glass, textiles and other material.
