c) Structure
The aluminum mixer is composed of mixing drum, mixing fan and gear box.
The mixing drum is cylindrical and the bottom shaped like a truncated cone, which is easy to discharge. It is made of steel and the discharge is controlled by the pneumatic butterfly valve. The mixing fan is composed by main shaft, up and down fan.d) Working principle
The aluminum powder mixer is driver by the motor which rotate as clockwise direction, and drag the mixing shaft and agitator, and make the material turn inside the drum, the mixing powder comes down from the sprue gate and it is controlled by the butterfly valve.
