Descriptions:

This is an automatic Reciprocating-single cylinder forming machine. Paper pulp molding machine for industrial packaging takes paper pulp as raw material, and absorbs the pulp into the mould under the help of vacuum. After a while, the machine make products reach the specific thickness and dry wet ratio. After the processes of shifting mould and demoulding, the products are formed completely. Auto discharge machine transfers the formed and dehydrated products from forming machine to material receiving platform by the cylinder driving power. In this way, it needs less labor intensity, improves the productivity and enhances the handling safety. We adopt the PLC control and touch screen in the machine, which make the machine operated safely, stably and easily.
