Product Description
I. Description
● Host: The universal test machine is of a double-space door type structure, the upper space is used for stretching, and the lower space for compression and bending, and the both spaces can be mutually exchanged. The host is a floor type frame composed of four guide posts, an upper beam, a middle beam and a worktable, and a speed regulating system is installed under the worktable. A Panasonic AC servomotor with high speed regulation precision, wide range and stable performance can drive a ball screw pair to rotate through a synchronous cog belt deceleration system, then the ball screw pair can drive the middle beam and then drive a stretching assistive device (or compression or bending assistive device) to move up and down, so as to realize the loading and unloading of test samples. The structure ensures that that the frame has enough rigidity, meanwhile realizes the efficient and stable drive. Main components of the host are processed in a processing center, which guarantees the precision. And the ball screw is of E5 class.
● Standard Configuration of Assistive Devices: One set of the stretching assistive device, the compression assistive device and the bending assistive device is provided respectively. The wedge-shaped stretching assistive device adopts a manual rotation and clamping mode, and is convenient and reliable to clamp and free from slippage, wherein a nip is fixed in the clamping process, and a fixture body can move up and down. As the test samples are relieved from additional forces, the accuracy of test results is guaranteed.
● Electric System:
(1) Adopt Panasonic AC servo driver and AC servomotor, have stable and reliable performances, protection devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload and the like, and the speed regulation ratio reaching 1:100,000.
(2) Have protection functions of overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, upper limit and lower limit of displacement and emergent stop, etc.
(3) Electric control circuits fit national electric standards of test machine by referring to international standards, with strong interference resistance capability, guaranteeing the stability of a controller and accuracy of experimental data.
