3.1. Main hydraulic pumps are Germany rexorth products, Japanese Kawasaki products, Korea products, Chinese Liyuan products. diesel engine is under famous Germany Deutz.
All reversing valves are and all hydraulic hoses and couplers are imported products.
3.2. The reversing control is electric-hydraulic type. The electric part is controlled by PLC, which is reliable, more accurate with small impact.
3.3. The counterforce on specially designed S-valve is received by hopper wall to assure the service life of goggle plate and cutting ring.
3.4. Reliable master oil cylinder and concrete cylinder can be normally operated for at least 30, 000 m3.
3.5. Main electric elements are imported original Schneider, OMRON, Siemens, LG, etc.
3.6. The open loop of the hydraulic system is air cooled to keep the oil temperature below 60 °C so as to ensure the stability of the system.
3.7. Control mode: manual operation and wireless remote control
