Sand Washer Introduction:
White Lai offer sand washer series. This series has three types, there are LSX,2LSX and XSD. With adopting advanced domestic and foreign technology, integrating stone and sand industries real condition, White Lai sand washing machine is made to combining with the sand making machine. It has the property of high cleaning degree, proper structure, large process quantity, small cost, little lost of fine sand, and less shutdown probability. The two series of the sand washing machines are designed for cleaning, classifying and dehydrating of every kind of stone sand and also quartz sand. Each has its own features and can be cooperated in use, to provide the exact and flexible measures for different requirements of the clients.
Sand Washer Working Principle:
The sand washer is driven by motor and decelerated machine, and the impeller in the driving gullet revolves periodically, so that the sand, gravel and slag particles are mixed, overturned and washed in the gullet to remove surface impurities of gravel and damage the water vapor-coated layer of sand, facilitating dehydration. Meanwhile, strong water flow by adding water to clean small proportion impurities. Finally, the washed materials are dehydrated and discharged in the impeller.
