Mining machine jet dust collector crusher / vibrating screen dust collector . The air flow for mining industry , stone crusher , vibrating screening dust collector is from 3000 M3/H to 20000 M3/h. The Filter Unit with smaller air flow is usually applied for stone crushing , vibrating , shaking , dust suction in matreial conveyor system . The Filter Unit air flow < 30000 M3/H , which is mostly applied for the small dust source , for cement transfer conveyor dusty point , mining area , polishing process, sanding process , feeding process dust suction, etc.
Brief Introduction :
ECOGRACE smaller type dust collector Filter Unit is generally with smaller air flow from 3000 M3/H to 20000 M3/H , which is small in outside dimention , and we will design the most reasonable dimention for easy container loading and shipping , no need more installatino work at production site . It will be assembled in whole and put into the container , you can directly start when take out from container . Mining area also take the dust collecto filter unit from 3000 M3/H to 20000 M3/H .

Working Principle of smaller Dust collector Filter Unit :
1. The compostion of small dust collector unit :
Single Baghouse and assembled in whole before shipping and only one step before starting .
Assmebled Filter Unit , Fan , PLC , air compressor .
2. The filter cleaned by solenoid valve pulse. ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .
3. Filter cage and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse .
4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
