Bucket elevator machine
Elevator is a highly effect,safety and environmental vertical transportation equipment, widely used in all types of production line for vertical transportation of powder ,fines and coarse aggregate and different material .
The principle and main features of bucket elevator
The bucket took the material by the scoop at the bottom of the frame, The material is ascension to the top by the bucket and around the head wheel and the material from the bucket lifting machine exit dumped into subsequent chute. Bucket elevator is generally divided as chain drive and belt drive .
The main features are as follows:
1) The bucket elevator machine generally use automatic feeding also with gravity and centrifugal unloading, with dense type large capacity hopper promotion materials. It has the feature of high effective power and also small motor power.
2) The bucket elevator machine using wider range, the working requirement of it such as environment ,characteristics and types of material requirements are relatively small. The airtight performance of elevator is good, normal use will not have material leakage and bring gray, almost don\'t cause pollution to the environment.
3) All types of feeding, transporting and unloading material of bucket elevator can reduce the situation of mechanical abrasion
4) General bucket elevator is in the lower part of the hammer tensioning device and an adjusting bolt and realize automatic tensioning, can keep constant tension; belt elongation can automatically adjust and avoid belt slipping. At the same time, bucket has certain buffer when accidental factors causing the jam. That also can effectively protect the lower shaft components.
