The fast-opening blind is amachinery equipment which can quickly open or close, used for the pressure pipeor the circular opening of the pressure container. 1 Paddlewheel fast-openingblind: It consists of coaxial unmarried print blind. The design of the locking ring fast-opening blind ismore secure and reliable than other fast-opening blinds because it can open anyvertical or horizontal pressure container in short time. The fast-openingblinds with any size can be opened or closed in less than one minute withoutspecial instrument. The locking ring fast-opening blind adopts internalexpanding tighten mechanism. The blind is opened or closed by tensing or releasingthe piston ring after the whirling bolt pulls the piston ring in theinner-race.

3 Three flap clampfast-opening blind: The whole system has better sealing effect because of norelative motion between the sealing surface of blind and the sealing ring. Thethree flap clamp simultaneously moves and strains by self to reduce the open lengthof the screw; so the open and close are more flexible and reliable. At the sametime the stressed area of the gansh is enlarged, which is more suitable for thehigh-pressure and large-caliber gas pipe. The main pressure-bearing part of theblind uses the 20# or 16Mn forging steel by entirety process without jointingpart. This product has the function of security self-locking to avoid that theblind is loose during tightening.
