AAC block is a new building material. It is widely used in construction industry and is taking place of original red bricks.
Side Plate for AAC Production Line
1. the side board bears the weight of the base body
2. carries on cutting
Usage:
The combination of the mould and side plate can hold slurry. After curing and foaming,the slurry can be solidified into blank. The side plate can carry the blank to the cutting machine for cutting and enter the autoclave to be hardened along with the hardening car.
The hardening car is a carrier to carry the side plates and the blank to get in and out of the autoclave.
