Product Description
The twin screw extruder consists of material feeding system, extruding system, roll cutting system, heating system, driving system lubricating system and controlling system.
Main features are:
1. Transducers are installed with material feeding system; driving system and roll cutting system that make extruders can operate under different frequency.
2. Automatic lubricating and cooling system make sure extruders always operate in the safe mode.
3. There are two types of material feeding system single spiral and twin spirals which can feed different materials evenly and timely.
4. Extruders’ screw is made of metal 38crmoal which can use for a long time under rough friction.
5. According to different material extrusion we designed different length radius ratio screws.
