1) Steel Tubes : Q195 , hot dip galvanized inside & outside , 20g/m2 zinc  coating (Including W-Leg , Leg-Extension , Top Rail , Net Poles )
 
2) Jumping Mat : 280g/m2 , woven fabric with PP(polypropylene) filament , UV-resistant , Fade-resistant , heavy duty . Customized Logo on center on base of MOQ)
 
3) Springs : galvanized strong steel wire , rust resistant .
 
4) Frame Pad : 310g/m2 PVC + 14mm EPE + 130g/m2 PE
                  Upper PVC (polyvinyl chloride): 500D, water proof
                  Middle EPE foam: closed cell foam, high density, won’t mildew or deform
                  Bottom PE (polyethylene): not good as PVC, so is put on bottom to avoid sunlight and rain

1) Safety Net: Strong PE filament
                      Black, outside Frame Cover, with black PE sleeve
                      6*6mm hexagonal mesh
                      Zipper entrance, bottom with elastic hooks
2) Net Poles: Q195, hot dip galvanized inside & outside, 120g/m2 zinc coating
                    Reach ground, more stable than those not reach ground
                    Formed by upper pole + lower pole, each one wrapped by EPE foam tube
                    EPE foam tube: Φ48mm×10mm, blue colour

Packing Condition :
 Trampoline in 5 ply brown box (lid and tray) with strap closed.
 Spare parts in 5 ply or 3 ply brown box ( top opening box) with strap closed or tape closed.
 
Delivery time :  As usual, 20~25 days after deposit 
 
Sample ( Important Notice ) :
 
 As Trampoline is very big and heavy, shipping cost by air is too expensive. We usually suggest  customer(by sea) to put it in recent container which will leave China soon.
 Customer need to pay sample cost and shipping cost. 
 We finish sample within 7 days after received 100% payment in advance.
