TAK SHUN MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

(applies to purchasesmade on or after 26 May 2015)

1. Tak Shun warrantsthat, during the Warranty Period, the product will, with normal use andservice, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.

2. This clause relatesto goods supplied in your specific country only:

Our goods come withguarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. You are entitled toa replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any otherreasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goodsrepaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and thefailure does not amount to a major failure.

3. You have rights andbenefits under the consumer laws in your jurisdiction. Without detracting fromthese rights or benefits, Tak Shun excludes all liability in respect of theproduct for any other loss which is not reasonably foreseeable from a failureof this product.

4. The Warranty Periodfor Tak Shun products are as follows:

Product Warranty Period(12 months from date of purchase)

All their standard TakShun accessories - 12 months

5. This warranty isvalid only for products that are purchased new and unused.

6. The customer mustprovide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with theabove conditions to receive any services under this warranty.

7. This warranty onlyapplies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result offaulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

8. The warranty doesnot apply where damage is caused by other factors, including withoutlimitation:

(a) normal wear andtear; (b) abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operatinginstructions; (c)exposure to liquid (excluding water in the case of waterproofproducts) or infiltration of foreign particles (d) shipment or other transit.

9. This warranty doesnot cover:

(a) the replacement ofaccessories; (b) repair or replacement of any product damaged during transit toor from Tak Shun; or (c) any loss or consequential damage incurred while theproduct is being repaired.

10. This warranty is tobe read together with any benefits that Tak Shun may provide to a consumerunder statute.

11. Instructions formaking a warranty claim are included . If the warranty claim is not accepted:

(a) Tak Shun willinform the Customer; (b) if requested to do so by the Customer, Tak Shun willrepair the Product provided you pay the standard charges for such repair; and(c) if applicable the Customer will be responsible for all costs associatedwith collection of the Product from Tak Shun.
