Description
Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) is obtained when POY is simultaneously twisted & drawn. DTY yarn can be in Semi Dull or Bright or Triloble Bright depending upon the type of sections of filaments.
Applications
DTY is the best material for knitting (weft knitting, warp knitting) or weaving. And it is suitable for the production of apparel fabric (such as suits, shirts), bedding (such as quit cover, bedspread mosquito net) and decorative items (such as curtain fabric, sofa cloth, wall covering fabric, car upholstery), etc. Then fine-denier filament is more suitable for making silk-like fabric, and the coarse denier silk can be made to wool-sense fabric.
