Application:

This is a new style machine designed by our company. It is mainly used for leftover cloth, cotton waste.

Characteristics

1.      The strength of the rack is high; the structure is reasonable; the machine is designed compactly; the performance is stable and reliable.

2.      The new opening rack which is specially made has a long life time, little damage to fiber and low loss.

3.      Instead of being cut off, the raw material can be fed directly. Therefore, the manual cutting off procedure is spared. The reversing switch controls feeding in and out sensitively with simple operation.

4.      By using the automatic feeding equipment, no manual work is needed to remove the impurities which can be sent to the feeding cotton belt automatically. Therefore, the labor intensity is largely reduced; one person can operate tow machines at the same time.

5.      By adopting the system of infinitely variable speed, the output and quality can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the raw materials provided by the customers

6.      The bearings are adopted in the rotation position. Therefore, there are few wearing and low fault rate.

7.      The output is large; the electric power consumption is few; the effect of the opening and removing impurities is good.
