SBD Series Industrial Speed Reducer Gearbox for Metallurgical Industry
Descriptions:
It is composed of planetary cycloid transmission for former speed reduction, spiral bevel transmission for after speed reduction and is connected directly. Planetary cycloid reducer is made of bearing steel (Gcr15) after quenching treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58~62. Spiral bevel gear is made of high quality carburizing steel (20Cr Mo Ti) and after quenching treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58~62. The reducer has a variety of speed measuring device and interface. Also, it has good performance, compact structure, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, high visibility in the industry. Meanwhile, it is a specified brand of cement and machinery industry in the tender.
