The ZTY 47 (ZY47) type self-operated pressure difference control valve is a kind of valve which can fix the pressure difference automatically and balance the hydraulic regime. It can be used in the centralized heat-supply, centralized air-conditioning and other hydraulic systems. It supports the self-adjusted of the consuming installations, and eliminates the influence on the controlled system from the pressure fluctuation of the outer network. Especially it can be used in the heat-calculation heat-supply system and the flow-change air-conditioning system. According to the installing position, it can be classified into the downstream-pressure difference control type (G) and the upstream-pressure difference control type (H).
Function and characters
●The downstream-pressure difference control type (G): the pressure difference of the downstream system or the components is the controlled pressure difference, and it is fitted in the water supply pipe currently. The model is expressed for ZTY47-16 (25) G. the upstream-pressure difference control type (H): the pressure difference of the upstream system or the components is the controlled pressure difference, and it is fitted in the water back pipe currently. The model is expressed for ZTY47-16 (25) H.
●Nominal pressure: 1.6Mpa, 2.5Mpa.
●Medium temperature: 0-150°C.
●The material of valve body: grey cast iron, carbon cast steel, forging alloy copper.
●The pressure difference control accuracy: ±7.5%
●On the premise that the control accuracy is not lost, if it is used in the air-conditioning system or the substation, the controlled pressure difference (△PL) can be adjusted from 10KPa to 200Kpa, if it is used in the consumer heat inlet, the controlled pressure difference (△PL)can be adjusted from 5KPa to 80KPa.
