Description:

A bottom force filling is adopted on this machine for even and firm injection without bubbles.

With 12 nozzles, 12pcs can be filled at the same time. The feeding cylinder is developed to integrate regulable oil pressure with air pressure. Bottom force filling system is adopted for even and firm injection. Detachable mould is easy for adjustment and cleaning. And the nozzle design strengthens the air tightness. The 22-liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank is with PID temperature control with a tolerance of 0.5oC and stirring speed regulator. Integrated piston heater design is easy for accurate regulating, installation and cleaning. Auto fabric winding design can reduce the workload for operator, and the fabric winding is with timer control.
