Brief introduction:
GSH series heavy-duty crusher is general crushing equipment to meet the strict requirements and not easily broken recycled materials. Strong welded steel with a wide range of versatility. The crusher can add the third fixed blades and a rotor bearing set, knife rest and shaft can meet broken material requirements. GSH series heavy-duty crusher is suitable for crushing blow molding barrels, plastic injection parts, profile, pipe, film, sheet and blocks.
Features:
Well-designed feed hopper can meet large plastic products, feeding mouth equipped with dual-channel curtain to ensure that part of the material to crusher again.
Crushing room have two parts, and easy to open.
Bearing device mounted outside the machine, designed to meet not easily broken recycled material, and independent of crushing room to prevent dust into bearing. This extends the life of the machine.And reduce the maintenance work. The bearing is separate from crushing room, this is good for crushing with water.
In order to increase the inertia of the rotor, fixed the auxiliary wheel.
The third blades can be used to change the first cutting point, when broken difficult material rule out the possibility of rotating knife is blocked.
GSH series rotor blades adopt advanced V-shaped cutting technology. Put the crushing material to central rotary cutter, which avoids the material attached to the side walls, also the side walls increased the wear resistance.
