Main Advantage of pipe extruding machine:
1. PE water gas supply pipe machine, specification is 20-630mm, Output: 60-1000kg/h, with excellent hardness and flexibility.
2. The machine adopts DC motor, and Eurotherm DC digital converter and high efficiency screw to ensure high efficiency extrusion.
3. This production line adapts basket type composite die head, which ensures not only the uniformity of high speed extrusion but also the stable performance of tubular goods.
4. This production line adopts high efficiency double chamber vacuum calibrating technology and spray cooling bath to improve the rate of finished products of tubular goods and meet the demand of high-speed production. The vacuum bath and cooling bath adopt stainless steel.
5. This production line adopts multi-caterpillar haul-off and ensures the synchronization.
6. The cutting machine adopts special saw blade with low noise, equipped with chip collector.
7. The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenie

We will invite customers to check the machine before shipment. And if the customer requests us to guide installment and test running in his factory, we will send our engineer. And the customer should pay for engineer’s ticket, visa, room and board, $80 per day for one people as allowance.
2. Quality guarantee
We normally guarantee machine quality for one year to key components of the machines, if key components of machine are broken for technical reason, we will replace it with new one free. (The customer should return broken components).
