The output is twice as single-shaft cutting machine.
This machine integrates actions of all units as a whole for the centralized control, featuring easy and simple operation.
Operating interface is designed with the LCD touch screen, all parameters and functional settings can be directly input on the screen.
Central control system is PLC unit and diversified sizes can be set for the same shaft: the computer will automatically adjust the cutting width when cutting.
The stability of cutting is high. Because of adopting hydraulic control, the cutting pressure can be adjusted according to materials.
Automatic adjustment of servo motor in conjunction with the round knife: When the cutting surface of the finished products is not good, the cutting angle could be directly adjusted so as to achive the best cutting quality.
With accurate ball screw and beeling slide rail, servo motor may easily control the cutting width to make high-precision cutting possible.
