2. High strength, Compact dimension: Housings are made of high strengh cast iron. Gears and shaft gears are finished with gas carburising process and precise grouding to sequentially get high loading capacity of percertain volume.
3. Long service life: Under the condition of accurately selecting type size and the normal maintenance and use, main components(except those easily-disabled parts)can last as long as up to more than 25, 000 hours. Easily-disabled parts include lubricating oil, oil seals, and bearings.
4. Low noise: All key components are finished by precisely machining, accurate assembly, and finally tested, and therefore, fairly low noise is reached.

Operation&mantenance
1.When worm speed reducer starts to work up to200-400 hours, its lubricant should be replaced.
2.The gearbox need to replace the oil after 4000 hours.
3.Worm reduction gearbox is fully filled with lubricant oil after finshed assembly.
4.Lubricanting oil should be kept enough in the casing and checked at a fixed time.
