1.Application
Z331-114 Cup packer is a kind of packer which relies on the interference and differential pressure between the OD of cup and ID of casing to achieve sealing.It is mainly used for the low relative pressure wells,also can be used for well washing,oil layer anti-pollution etc..
2.Structure
Z331-114 Cup packer consists of upper sub,lower sub,mandrel,cup and other components(see assembly chart below).

Cup is the key part of the packer,it bear the working pressure of packer,ensure the sealing property,meanwhile it also adapts to the complex working environment of downhole,therefore it is very strick to the materials and dimension of the cup.In order to improve the bearing capacity of cup,we add a group of sulfureted steel frame in the middle of cup.
