Equipped with automatic air blowing and oil feed unit,blockage by scrapped materials can be reduced and service life of blade can be prolonged.
Saved 3-5 labor which including wire stripping twice, insert in wires to terminal ends, punching & cutting the connecting part.

SPT-1.SPT-2,NISPT-1.NISPT-2,VFF,HVFF,VCTFK,,H03VVH2-F,H05VVH2-F,RVV(It can\'t be commonly used for single and double insulation cables).

2, If no wire on the crimping position of machine, the feed of terminals will automatically stop to avoid the waste of materials；

Preparation before operation:
1, Properly lubricate all lubrication points of machine;
2, Check if the screw of the upper and lower riveting blades at the crimping position is fully fastened;
3, Check if the air pressure reaches over 4.5KG/cm²;
4, Check if the position of feeding terminals is correct;
5, Check if material scraps have been cleared away;
6, Check if any abnormal sound heard from machine motor or other mechanical parts when stepping down the pedal switch after start-up of machine.
