Description:
This high active zinc rich galvanizing spray with high zinc content provides protection to metal against corrosion and restores the bright look of hot dip galvanizing.
Zinc Power forms a fast drying and adherent layer which is resistant to salt,water and high temperatures.
Applications:
1. Widely used for long term protection of steel components such as iron bars,outdoor iron pipes,iron towers,steel frames,containers,bridges,outdoor signs,etc…
2. Suitable for repairing and protection of welding joints,rivet joints,intermediate layer in spot welding and as highly effective anti-rust primer for automobile body painting.
Directions:
1. Surface preparation: Surface should be free from dirt,dust,oil,rust flakes and any other contaminants that may prevent the iodization process.
2. Spray: Shake can vigorously until the glass beads in the can move for one to two minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure uniformity and prevent clogging,Hold the can 20cm away from the surface to be sprayed,Press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can rapidly back and forth.
3. For reparation: 2-3 layers of paint is necessary depending on thickness.
4. If a topcoat with aspecific color is needer,it is suggersted after 6 hours of the application of this product.
Precautions:
1. Ensure good protection and good ventilationg during application and drying.
2. Contents are extremely flammable and under pressure.
3. Keep away from heat,flame,spark,and any other source of ignition.
4. Store in cool and dry place,Do not crush,puncture,incinerate the can.
5. In case of contact with eyes,rinse immediately with plednty of water and seek medical advice.
6. Keep out of reach of children.
