The structure characteristics & working principle

Gas control box is mainly of oil mist, hand rotary valve, pressure gauge, muffler, shell and other components. Gas with gas power control box, through an air line connected to the cylinder.

Gas control box with functions of filtration, pressure regulating, the reversing operation.

Manually move gas control box control valve, cylinder piston rod under the action of compressed air, scale, to implement the pneumatic control of the equipment.

Installation requirements

1) Before installation should be comprehensive check each parts have no defects in the process of transportation, storage, shall not use defective components.

(2) The installation should be read before using equipment parts manual and schematic diagram;

(3) The gas control box is fixed in the designated position, fitting of high pressure air inlet pipe, and the cylinder fixed in place, and the equipment connection solid rear can debug;

(4) Should be conducted on a regular basis to maintain, if found loose parts, abnormal wear and tear, and shall promptly repair or replacement.
