Application:
This HQG Series Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine is designed for the large, middle and small caliber size of the steel tube and the cylinder. Impeller head locate at multi angle, This Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine is the high efficiency blasting wheels, shot blasting with high speed thick blasting pills and blowing on the surface to have a tridimensional and omnibearing cleaning, to clean away the rusting layer, oxidation layer and other dirty things from surface quickly, to make surface achieve a bright and clean surface and to improve the adhesion force of painting to surface and improve the anti-fatigue force and anti rust capacity of surface, improve the inherent quality of surface and prolong the lifetime of steel tube.
Blasting wheels:
Our steel pipe wheel blast equipment utilizes 180-4RK blast wheel which is made using American PANBORN technology. The blast wheel offers high efficiency, high low noise, good dynamic balance and convenient maintenance. In addition, it is well protected by the tightly sealed durable housing. The installation location and angle of blast wheel is determined based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result, which enables all sides of workpieces to be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing efficiency.

Our wheel blast equipment is equipped with newly designed cartridge dust collector to efficiently draw dust away from the operator, allowing for a clean, healthy work environment.
