4,Character: Mixture composed by different calcium phosphate ,its main component is10CaO₃ PO_5· H₂O,molecular weight :1004.64,white amorphous powder,  odorless, stabilizing in air , relative density :3.18,melting point :1670℃,refractive index :1.63,insoluble in ethanol and acetone,hardly soluble in water(0.0025g/100ml)

5,Usage: In food industry, it is used as anticoagulant ,nutritional supplement(calcium intensifier), PH regulator and buffering agent. Such as flour dispersant, the additive of powdered milk, candy, pudding, spice and meat, refined addition agent of animal or vegetable oil , yeast food and so on.

6,Packing: It is packed with plastic bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7,Storage and transportation :It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse; Be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot. Unloaded with care, so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
