Cryogenic Biology Storage System

With the development of medical, livestock and biotechnology research, there will be more and more  semen, cell and biological sample to store. while the traditional storage methods have some flaws such as decentralized management, intensive labor, poor security and so on. To solve the problems, our company design cryogenic biology storage system, which can be divided into automatic and semiautomatic control to satisfy the customer’s requirement.

Cryogenic Biology Storage System by Automatic Control(CBSS-1)Features :

1.Central managed; Monitor, record and print the original data , and achieve the remote control of liquid nitrogen  for each freezer  automatically or manually.

2.Each freezer is equipped with a control system independently, which is made up of two independent subsystems     level measurement and temperature measurement, to improve the security of samples.

3.Windows operator interface displays the performance of liquid nitrogen for each dewar visually.

4.Managed by industrial PC machine, it can support  SMS wireless remote alarm, and share LAN resource .

5.Equipped with backup power to avoid equipment failure caused by power off.

6.Shielded cable to avoid signal interference. Monitor and control system can send alarm signal if being abnormal, double protection to verify equipment  in proper operation.

7.Equipped with hypoxia alarm system. It will open exhaust system  automatically to regulate indoor air if poor oxygen in the storage. At the same time, equipping with hypoxia equipment for the operator, once being poor oxygen, it will send alarm signal.

8.Sensors and filling system have been considered when design freezer, beautiful appearance and ingenious structure .

9.Pipeline system uses high-vacuum multi-layer insulation cryogenic pipe,low liquid nitrogen loss masses and designed according to house structure,  beautiful appearance, simple operation and easy to manage.

10.Liquid nitrogen storage by multi-layer insulation bulk tank, low static liquid nitrogen evaporation rate ,safe and reliable.

Cryogenic Biology Storage System for Laboratory (CBSS-2)

Features:

1.Measure and control level of liquid nitrogen automatically.

2.Sound and light alarm if high/low level, sensor fault  and parameter setting fault .

3.Control methods are divided into two forms of temperature control and level control, which are selected by customers.
