Left side breast pocket with pencil slot

Rear kick pleat

2" yellow/silver Triple Trim tape heat sealed to the coat in positions as follows:
2 vertical stripes on front
X pattern on back
Bands encircling arms

All major seams are double- or triple-stitched.

Stress points are bar-tacked for strength. Reflective stripe applied to shoulders is equal length on the front and back. 

Sewn with flame resistant thread.

Packing

Individualy packed in a clear polyethylene bag.

Application

Utilities, petrochemical and chemical plants, oil, gas, military applications, and wild-land fire fighting. Nearly all areas involving ferrous metals such as foundries, flame cutting, welding, etc. 

FR Treatment

Fabrics that are treated with a flame retardant chemical to make them flame Rresistant. The fibers used in these fabrics, such as cotton are not normally considered protective and becomeflame-resistant of the treatment.

Drotex®’s FR treatment includes an ultra-low formaldehyde solution, and are nearly free from harsh chemicals.

Drotex® FR fabrics and protective clothing are only sent to customers after being strictly tested and inspected for quality, durability and flame resistance to make sure they meet or exceed the standards for flame resistance. 

In an enclosed cabinet, 12 inches  long fabric specimen is vertically suspended in a holder with  restrained on three sides.  A controlled flame is impinged on the bottom cut edge  of the fabric for 12 seconds.  The  flame is extinguished at the end of 12 seconds and three set of data are recorded:
