This machine is used for processing of straight bevel gears, and is suitable for various machine manufacturing batch and single piece and small batch production.
The machine adopts rolling cut principle, generating gear machined gear and plane reciprocating motion form each other repeatedly relative rolling to achieve cutting.
Description:
1. of the four axis NC machine tool system, namely the cradle rotating (X axis), the rotation of the workpiece (Y axis), bed saddle feed (Z axis), knife reciprocating (S axis).
2. The roll and workpiece spindle is driven by a servo motor and high precision worm drive.
