This machine is a kind of heat treatment used for quenching thin-wall gears and thin wall rings used in automotive, construction machinery, tractor, metallurgical and bearing industries. At the same time, various disk-type parts can also be hardened.

The heated workpiece is loaded on the machine, and the quenching operation is completed through PLC controlled pressurizing and oil cooling. Then, the workpiece is removed from the machine automatically.

Description:

1) The workpiece can be centered.

2) Constant-pressure quenching or pulsing-pressure quenching can be selected, and the quenching pressure is adjustable.

3) The quenching oil folwrate is controlled in section.

4)  The quenching time is adjustable in sections.

5) Automatic arbor withdrawal and automatic workpiece transfer are possible.

6) There will be an alarm when the quenching oil filter is blocked.

7)  The main cylinder can be locked in the upper position.
