CTE produce Flexible printed circuit board, also known as flexible circuit boards, soft board, is a special kind of printed circuit boards. It is characterized by light weight, thin, flexible, bendable. Mainly used in mobile phones, laptops, PDA, digital camera, LCD screen, and many other products.
Material:
Substrate: common material is a polyimide (PI).
Foil: divided into two copper and copper rolling.
Adhesives: generally 0.5mil thermosetting epoxy glue.
Protective film: surface insulation. Commonly used materials for the polyimide (PI).
Reinforcement: reinforce the mechanical strength of the flexible printed circuit board.
Structure:
According to the number of layers of conductive foil, flexible printed circuit board can be divided into single-board, double sided, double-layer board, plywood and so on.
