Description of this Anti-Static Parka Jacket
Antistatic protection seams and bar-tacks to stress points.
250gsm padding for extra warmth in cold environments.
Flame retardant reflective tape for enhanced visibility.
Stand-up collar for additional vulnerable neck/throat protection.
Reinforced construction with feldlock triple stitching to major seams and bar-tacks to stress points.
Adjustable and removable insulated hood.
High quality and long lasting, two way YKK zips.
Two breast pockets, two side pockets and phone pocket.
Application
Utilities, petrochemical and chemical plants, oil, gas, military applications, and wild-land fire fighting. Nearly all areas involving ferrous metals such as foundries, flame cutting, welding, etc.
Warning
Because of the presence of static dissipative fiber, antistatic performance of this parka is not dependent on ambient relative humidity. It is important to know that this parka is designed to combat nuisance static only. It should not be used in critical static control applications.

Drotex® FR fabrics and protective clothing are only sent to customers after being strictly tested and inspected for quality, durability and flame resistance to make sure they meet or exceed the standards for flame resistance.
In an enclosed cabinet, 12 inches long fabric specimen is vertically suspended in a holder with restrained on three sides. A controlled flame is impinged on the bottom cut edge of the fabric for 12 seconds. The flame is extinguished at the end of 12 seconds and three set of data are recorded:
