Terms of Payment:     30% advance payment by T/T upon signing of sales contract

                                   70% covered by confirmed irrevocable L/C 

                                   by sight or T/T  before shipping.

Delivery:                     60 days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up:  

                                   TWO technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation, 

                                   commissioning and training; cost for flight ticket, 

                                   suitable accommodation and additional USD 100/day

                                   each work fee will be covered by Buyer,

Warranty:                   12 months limited warranty 

                                   starting from date of arrival excluding wear parts. 

                                   Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty                                                                                    period have to be borne by the customer.
