 This cap is customized according to the request of our client.  With adjustable plastic back closure, it fits all size of adults.  If you want to custom your own style cap, just send us your logo artwork.  We are professional in making embroidery logo, especially 3D embroidery.

OEM / ODM Orders:

 We could produce the design as your requirement.  If suitable material needed to make your caps can not bought in Chinese market, you can buy in your market and send to our factory.  Normally we use our own forwarder for shipment, because it\'s highly efficient. But customer designated forwarder is also welcomed.  The delivery time would always meet customers\' requirement, normally 15-25 days.

Customizable Parts:

 Style: baseball cap, snapback, bucket hat, military hat, beanies, sun hat, kid hat, etc.  Material: cotton twill, brush cotton, acrylic, polyester, canvas, mesh, leather, denim, etc.  Size: 48-55 cm(18.9-21.6 inch) for children; 56-60 cm(22-23.6 inch) for adults.  Logo: embroidery, printing or screen printing, patch embroidery, badge, woven patch, etc.  Visor: curved, flat, square, sandwich design, binding on brim, etc.  Back closure: fitted, closed, flex fit, plastic snap, velcro, metal buckle, elastic band, etc.  Label: woven, printed, sticker, etc.  Double stitches band: printing your own design.

How To Process The Sample:

 When you confirm a sample, we can prepare a rough design for your confirmation.  We will need artwork to process the logo design.  You can send logo artwork via E-mail / Skype / Whats App.  We can use cdr / ai / psd / pdf / jpeg / png form to make logo design.  We will send embroidery test picture for approval in advance.

About Sample:

 Custom samples can be made before you place the order.  Custom samples can be finished within 2-3 days with ready material and ready style.  Custom samples cost is $50.00/pc, not including shipping, refundable in your coming order if more than 500 pcs.  Custom samples will be processed after sample cost received.  Sample of which in stock is free, buyer pay for the freight cost.  If the sample with printing, it will take 5-10 days to process the printing mold and mixing color.  If the sample with woven or leather patch logo, it will take 3-5 days to finish the logo.  We will charge $50.00/design as mold fee for woven patch pattern, $135.00/design for leather patch or printed logo, all refundable if your coming order is no less than 1000 pcs.

About Mass Production:

 MOQ is 100 pcs/model/color for customized design, 50 pcs/model/color for caps in stock.  Delivery time will be 15-25 days after sample approval.  We normally do 30% deposit, balance before delivery.  We accept less than US$3000.00 via PayPal, or should be paid via T/T.  If any label (Woven Label, Printed Label, Sticker) needed, please advise us before deposit.  Hard Paper Support plate is used in each cap to keep the good shape when packing.  Normally 100 pcs/carton. Carton size is 51*38*48 cm. Of course, we can pack the caps as your request.
