Description:Bottles are first accumulated in a feeding buffer and then fed into a turn-table for labeling by a timing screw to ensure high speed and stable operation. Labeling is done with the bottles at upright position. Bottles are held in position by three reference points to ensure high parallel accuracy. An optional bottle tray insertion device is available right after the labeling process to insert the bottles into plastic trays for subsequent cartoning. The system can be used fully stand alone with bottles loaded and collected by transfer trays. An optional in-feeding belt and an optional discharging belt are available to connect the system to up-stream and/or down-stream equipment for fully automatic in-line operation.
