Using step motion film movement and heat sealing methods, the D-7 offers simplicity, reliability and performances for the card product manufacturers. Optional second feeder to allow wrapping two cards into a pack, or one card with a small leaflet. Wrapped cards are collected in strips of pre-set quantity, fan-folded. Waste strip of the packaging film is trimmed and collected into an air-suction waste box for disposal. Touch screen user interface with easy to use menus with safety enclosure and T-shaped machine design.
