F5000D fume extraction systems effectively remove the fumes generated in many electronics manufacturing processes.Applications include solder smoke removal, reflow ovens, wave soldering, plasma cutting, conformal coating fumes and cleaning solvent fumes. These efficient and economical fume extractors are easy to install, reliable and safe.

Integrated structural design of smoke filtration, easy for installation, mobile flexibly, not requiring a fume suction pipeline. High-power brushless DC motor, long life, low noise, a large air flow. Triple fume filtration design ensure to totally filter out hazardous substances, protect the security of human. Initial filter, medium filter and main filter can be replaced individually, to make full use of filters to reduce the production cost. Built-in smoke filtration cycle design avoid expeling indoor cold/heat air outside. Multi-position design, adjustable air flow, flexible suction arm adjust freely. Low noise design Single or Double-station design, adjustable air flow, directional air control adjustment, positioning with ease.

Attention

Don\'t block air inlet and outlet when using the machine. When replacing filter,please make sure sealing ring, pull clasp, smoking pipe install closely to prevent air leakage. Regular checking and replacing pre-filter,middle filter and main filter to avoid purifier blockage then cause equipment damage. Please use the original filters and accessories, to avoid affecting the service life and the purification efficiency of the equipment. Keep the distance between air inlet and smoke source point within 15 cm. Keep smoke hood surrounding air flow velocity in the minimum. Make sure all pull clasp fasten when moving the machine. Don\'t use the product in high temperature and high humidity, flammable and explosive occasions.
