1. How many different extractor arms that your company have? What’s the standard length? What are commonly used?

Answers. We have bamboo type tube, soft tube and bobbin tube; the bamboo tube standard length is 1.4m, bobbin tube is 1.2meter, the soft tube can be configure according to buyer request. The bamboo tube 75mm is commonly used.

2. The ducts for the fume extractor can be shortened or lengthened?

Answer: It can be shortened or lengthened appropriate; but we suggest not more than 1.5meter. For multi-station, the total pipe length should not exceed 10 meters.

3. What’s the material for the nozzles? Can it use in high temperature? What are their characteristics?

Answer: the nozzle material have silicone, acrylic, white iron and aluminum. Silicon material can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees; the acrylic material good transparency but cannot resist high temperature; iron material cost economy, high temperature resistant, but not poor transparency ; Aluminum material is light weight, high temperature resistant, but price high.

4. What’s the best distance between the nozzle and the smokes?

Answer: The distance to be 5-15cm is the best.
