Overview
(1) The honey jar filling machine is specially made for all kinds of viscosity materials . Such as tomato paste sauce butter oil Mayonnaise ketchup etc. All the contacted part with the filling material is high quality stainless steel. The machine adopts piston pump for filling. By adjusting the position pump. It can fill all of the bottles in one filling machine with quick speed and high precision.
(2) Thehoney jar filling machine adopts piston pump which is suitable for all kind thick & sticky materials with high filling speed and high filling precision.
(3) The honey jar filling machine\'s position pump will be made by silicon rubber Teflon ceramics and other corrosion resistance materials.
Our glass bottle filling machine use the SS304 and SS 316 .It accord with CE and GMP . The glass bottle filling machine is suitable for the liquid filling or sticky filling machine .

Feature
This filling machine’s tank is a double tank, which can be heated to keep the honey filling temperature & also with a mixer to make the tomato paste even. The machine adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes adjustment, we set several procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3, mode 4 Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily. Our glass bottle filling machine to ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we add a special bottles position device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling. The filling nozzles are specialized made: anti-drop & anti-drawing. Also, the filling nozzles will come into the bottle bottom, and moving up slowly when filling.After sale service
