Sand Recovery System Introduction:
White Lai offers WL sand recovery system. This machine is utilized widely in processing systems of aggregate, glass raw material, the production line of manufactured sand, and so on. It can solve the fine sand recovery questions. In present artificial sand production line, wet production process is mostly used. No matter what type of washing sand by machine, the biggest drawback is fine sand (particles below 0.16mm) flowing away, some even loss more than 20 %. This situation not only reduces total output production, but also seriously affects the gradation of the sand, causing the gradation unreasonable, fineness modulus partial becoming coarse, and greatly reducing the output product quality. Too much fine sand flowing away also can cause environmental pollution. In order to solve above questions, we research and manufacture the WL series Sand Recovery System.
Sand Recovery System Working Principle:
The sand-water mixture fed into the cyclone, after centrifugal separation, the enrichment of sand and grit get out through grading nozzle to the vibrating screen. The dewatering vibrating screen effectively separate sand and water. Water, clay and other materials with a small amount of sand returning back to water tank. When water surface is higher than the discharge port of water tank, the dirty water flows out. The dewatering vibrating screen recycles weight concentration about 70% -85%. To adjust the fineness modulus can be realized by changing the pump speed, changing mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow of water, replacing sand nozzle.
