1. Holistic welding structure treated by annealing.
2. Stand configuration with 3+1 axes: Y1 (upward-downward of left cylinder), Y2 (upward-downward of right cylinder), X (forward-backward of back gauge). Optional 4+1 axes, 6+1 axes, 8+1 axes or more axes.
3. Delem DA52 is the standard system, DA56, DA65WE, DA66WE and Cybelec DNC60S, DNC600S, DNC880S, ModEva10S, ModEva12S are optional.
4. The hydraulic system adopts the integrated one, which helps to reduce piping connection, eliminate oil leakage, improve the work stability, and beautify the machine appearance. The inner engaged gear pump manufactured by a famous Germany company is used to reduce the system noise and extend the service life.
5. The electric-hydraulic servo system can control the synchronization of two cylinders. Combined with optical curtain of international standard, the fully closed loop control is formed with high synchronization control accuracy, and high bending and repetitive positioning accuracy.
6. Double crowning mechanism: --upper rapid clamping fixture, which has both quick fastening and crowning function. –the lower table hydraulic cylinder crowning mechanism of sandwitch structure is controlled by CNC system. (Mechanical crowning system is optional).
7. The large lead ball screw and linear guide way from Germany Bosch-Rexroth and BLIS ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine. The full functional backgauge system can be extended up to six axes. The work piece can be bent at whatever angle.
8. The die sections have different lengths, which can be combined with a certain width to meet the processing requirements of special work pieces. The punch quick clamping and insert-type die can be made based on the customer’s requirement to reduce work load and improve productivity.
