PS5I/PS6I Wet type mining cement spray machines (CoalNumber: MEF120447) has the advantages of advanced technology, reasonablestructure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, longservice life etc.,it is widely used for tunnel, culvert, subway, water andelectricity engineering, underground engineering and Sprayingoperation of mine roadway concrete.
Features:
This machine is composed of mechanical powersystem ,feeding system ,air supply system ,accelerating agent adding system .
1. Mechanicaldynamic system
The main drive mechanical power generated bythe motor through a gearbox to slow down and increase torque, rotor is drivento rotate by the output shaft.
2. Feedsystem : hopper, vibrators, rotor etc.
3. Accelerating agent adding system: meteringpump, conduit jointetc.
4. Airsupply system: this system is mainly composed of main duct, shunt, pressuregauge, the upper road , lee road, the auxiliary road, valves and piping.
